Forum
A Forum is a Community Builder that allows visitors to post questions or information to your site. Other visitors can post a response to the initial post. Each post can become an ongoing conversation that is called a thread. Threads are organized in topic areas. This tool can be password-protected that only your members can access, or completely open to the public for anyone to post to. Forum will not only provide you with robust, flexible forum functionality, but also allows you to have added website features without significantly adding to the cost of development. It integrates nicely with SiteFin, allowing your members to have a single login to access the website and the Forum.
Blog
Blog areas allow you to post entries and allow for readers to post comments to each of your posts. Older entries will be stored in the Blog archive which is easily accessible by clicking on the Blog archive link. A Blog will allow you to keep the site fresh and provide visitors to the site with a unique, inside perspective on your business and you.
Podcast Ready
Apply an easy-to-use administration tool to your website that allows you to upload Podcasts easily. Each Podcast will have a brief description of the Podcast as well as the day and time it was recorded. The website will display current Podcasts while an archive of older Podcasts can be made available for users to listen to. Additionally, the system will automatically create the appropriate RSS file which provides information to people wishing to link to the Podcast. The administration area will provide you with the link information so that you may share the location of your Podcasts with other websites.
Please note that this system does not actually create the Podcasts. This functionality assumes the user has the appropriate equipment and is actively creating Podcasts.
Tagging
Tagging allows visitors to your site to tag your content to del.icio.us, dig, and Flickr. SiteFin Tagging requires a Image Gallery, Product Catalog, Article Manager, eCommerce or any of the Community Builder tools.
