User and Role Management
SiteFin Enterprise Manager gives you control over your users to spread management of your site across your organization. Create rules for users that only allow them to edit a page or section of the site. Allow some users the ability to edit pages while others will have the ability add or remove pages. SiteFin Enterprise Manager gives you the ability to give other individuals throughout your organization limited ability to manage the site.
Intranet or Member’s Only Extranet Area
Enterprise Manager also allows for the creation of password protected areas of your site and gives you the ability to add or restrict website visitor access to specific areas. This feature is used to create a Members Area on your website. It can also be used to create an Intranet. Because of the power of Enterprise Manager, both a Members Area and an Intranet can be created and exist within the SiteFin system.
