News
News module allows you to post and manage information about your organization. Many organizations use this module to manage their press releases or bring attention to upcoming events. The newest item is always on top. Subsequent items are listed below. News items can also be date sensitive and automatically removed from the site after the specified date has passed or you can choose to place an item in a news archive. Additionally, a scrolling news box can be placed on the site to display news items.
Events Calendar
The Calendar provides you with a traditional calendar view of events right at your visitor’s fingertips. Users can click on each date of the calendar list of events for that particular date. Users can also easily look ahead in the calendar to view upcoming events. Each date entry will contain a title, date, and event detail fields.
Contact Us Form
This is a standard form designed to collect contact information from visitors coming to your site. The fields include name, address, phone, and email address. Visitors submit the information and you receive it in your email.
Contact Us Form with Email Routing
Email Routing with a Contact Us Form asks for some additional information from the visitor. The visitor is presented with checkboxes. The checkbox represents specific kinds of information the visitor is interested in. Once the checkbox is checked and the form is submitted, an email will be sent to the individual associated with that selection.
Secure Form
When you need to collect sensitive data from your website, Secure Form is the answer. Collect up to 30 fields of information from your visitors. The data is safely stored in a secure database online until you are ready to retrieve it. Retrieval is easy and safe. Simply sign into your website to view information submitted to your website.
Sponsor Ad System (Basic)
Membership-based organizations and even some businesses are including display ads on their website as an additional revenue source. The Basic Sponsor Ad System gives you the ability to upload fixed size ads to display in an established area of your website layout. The Basic System randomly rotates ads throughout the site to ensure the ads are given even exposure to website visitors.
Sponsor Ad System (Advanced)
The Advanced Sponsor Ad System allows you to segment your ads and only display them in certain sections of your website. You could, for example, sell one ad on your home page or charge a premium for ads that display in the more heavily trafficked areas of your site. Link Manager is a simple tool that allows you to post links of interest to your website. The Link Manager helps you categorize the links and insert a brief description of each link so visitors can get additional information before clicking the link. Link Manager gives you full access to all your links so that you can add, edit, or delete links for your page. Link Manager also allows you to create categories for your links so they are nicely organized for your website visitors.
Article Manager
Article Manager allows you to post, manage, and organize articles on your website. If your organization offers a publication, the Article Manager will help you publish it to your website. Using the search engine optimization fields, when you add an article to your site, you can optimize your content for the search engines. Additionally, using the SiteFin system, you can auto publish the article to Google Base for increased search engine rankings and traffic.
Product Catalog
If you are ready to display products on your website but are not quite ready or simply don’t need ecommerce, a product catalog is right for you. The Product Catalog allows you to display multiple products in multiple categories. Each product will have an image (thumbnail & enlarged) plus a description field and a price field, which can be turned off if you don’t want to display prices.
Image Gallery
If you have 20 or more images to display or need to categorize and display images, then you may need the Image Gallery. Image Gallery is a management tool for organizing and displaying images on your website. You can display and organize unlimited images. The gallery stores two versions of the image (thumbnail & enlarged) plus a description of the image. You can even hide images that you want to temporarily take off the site or delete images that you want to permanently remove.
